Shay Cleary Architects have won the Worldwide Award (Sponsored by Kingscourt Country Manor Bricks) in the UK Brick Awards 2024.
The Practice was in attendance at a fantastic evening at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London for the announcement of the awards, hosted by Architect and Presenter George Clark, where we lined up against a shortlist of projects from leading architects in Europe, Mexico, India and China. The Worldwide Award winning project was The Residences, Sandford Lodge for Kennedy Wilson, a revolutionary low-rise, high-density, residential development, which points the way towards more sustainable, more viable, and more appropriate housing in Ireland.
We were delighted to celebrate alongside friends, colleagues and collaborators including AHMM, Stanton Williams, Morris+Company, DSDHA, Feilden Clegg Bradley, Buckley Gray Yeoman and Gort Scott, with the award sponsored by our friends at Kingscourt Country Manor Bricks.
