Shay Cleary Architects are thrilled to be one of only 5 shortlisted practices worldwide in the prestigious Dezeen Awards Housing Category 2024. From a total of 4,130 entries from 82 countries around the world, we now line up against four other wonderful housing projects from leading architects in the UK, Denmark, Switzerland and the United States, for this significant design award. We are so excited to be shortlisted for The Residences, Sandford Lodge for Kennedy Wilson, a revolutionary low-rise, high-density, residential development, which points the way towards more sustainable, more viable, and more appropriate housing in Ireland. This is a significant achievement for all of the team at Shay Cleary Architects, as the only project from Ireland shortlisted across all categories in the Awards, and we really look forward to the announcement of the winner in London in November.
