Shay Cleary Architects have been nominated in the upcoming UK Brick Awards 2024, lining up against a shortlist of projects from leading architects in Europe, Mexico, India and China. We are excited to be nominated for The Residences, Sandford Lodge for Kennedy Wilson, a revolutionary low-rise, high-density, residential development, which points the way towards more sustainable, more viable, and more appropriate housing in Ireland.

The Annual Brick Awards in association with the Brick Development Association celebrate the world’s greatest brick architecture and craftsmanship. Every year the awards review hundreds of projects, entered by the world’s leading architects, specialist contractors and developers. 18 hotly-contested categories are judged by an exceptionally credentialed panel, positioning the Brick Awards as one of the world’s most reputable design and build competitions.
