Competition Win

Housing Competition Win for Shay Cleary Architects + Cullen Payne Architects

The associated team of Shay Cleary Architects + Cullen Payne Architects have recently been successful in competition for a new housing development on a site in Killeens, Co. Wexford for Wexford County Council, under the recent frameworks for Social and Affordable Residential Developments from the Office of Government Procurement.

The scheme envisages a development of approximately 40-45 homes in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units alongside ancillary facilities and landscaped spaces, directly adjacent to the recently opened Min Ryan Park. Using our expertise in the Low Rise High Density housing sector, the team has proposed an innovative mix of own door houses and maisonettes in an own-door format throughout.

Shay Cleary Architects + Cullen Payne Architects are working together as a single cohesive architectural team, building upon our history of previous work in partnership together. We look forward to working in partnership with Wexford County Council and our design team colleagues, Cundall, Lawlor Burns, Garland Consultancy and Murray Associates.
