Construction has commenced on our Exo Building at Point Square with main contractors Bennett Construction. As part of the detailed design process a full size mock up panel with the external structural steelwork, high performance unitised glazing, soffit, base and crown treatments has been constructed on site to ensure the delivery of the intricate façade details to a very high standard of quality. The colour of the feature external structural steelwork has been carefully matched to the blue colour of the surrounding cranes visible from the city, tying the building into its context and the particular iconography of Dublin Port.
