Full Planning Permission has just been granted by Dublin City Council for our scheme of four office buildings at City Block 9 North Wall Quay Dublin 1. This 36000sqm development of Grade A office space is another major component in the ongoing rejuvenation of the North Docks area of the city and compliments our high rise EXO project to the east of the 3 Arena. The scheme also extends the public realm in the form of a new linear courtyard and a network of pedestrian streets through the city block.
