A Planning Application for a group of four commercial buildings which will provide 36000sqm of Grade A office space located at City Block 9, North Wall Quay in the Dublin Docklands has been submitted to Dublin City Council under the SDZ Planning Scheme for the area.The scheme in its configuration will also provide a formal public courtyard addressing the River Liffey along with a number of new pedestrian streets through the city block.
