Planning Permission granted by Dublin City Council in February for a 2400sqm six storey over basement office building at the junction of Hanover St and Lime St. The site is within the Dublin Docklands SDZ area.The building will be naturally ventilated with clear span floor plates and will have a full height sun shading screen of bronze anodised expanded metal on its two main street frontages.
