Full Planning Permission granted by Dublin City Council for a six storey mixed use development of apartments over retail. All apartments address the street and a series of landscaped courtyard gardens and terraces at first and third floor levels. The form of the scheme mediates between adjoining six storey apartments and two storey houses and rebuilds a prominent derelict corner site at the junction of Dolphin's Barn Street and South Circular Road.
